Assembly Instructions for Super Aerocrane 

Step 2. Place Fulcrum on 4- way leveling head and tighten the tie down. 

Step 3. Unscrew Fulcrum Bar/Pin and pull it out. The Fulcrum cradle pins (2) should be at a downward angle. 

Step 4. Place Main Arm on Fulcrum. Make sure arm is tilted all the way back before putting on “U” brake. Brake Slots on Main Arm should be on the same side as the “U” Brake slots on the fulcrum. Push in Fulcrum Bar/Pin and tie down. Unscrew “U”-Brake pins and insert “U”-Brake pins. 

Step 5. Place first 6foot arm on the front of the main arm and turn locking switch. (Handles on main arm are in the rear) Place second 6 foot arm on and turn locking switch. Place third arm on and turn locking switch. Put 3 foot arm on and turn locking switch. Put last 6 foot arm on and turn locking switch. Put nose- piece on turn locking switch. Put 2 foot arm on the rear of the crane and turn locking switch. Put rear piece on 2 foot arm and turn locking switch. 

Step 6. Place leveling rod supports in the small holes on the side of the arm.( 6 up front & 1 in the rear) Put the leveling rod with the push pin into the top hole of the fulcrum. Place leveling rod support on each side of the leveling rod. Continue this process down the rod matching each arm with a leveling rod of the same length until you get to the nose. Nose rod has adjustable end with pin. Place the pin into the hole on the side of the gray titling plate of the nose- piece while holding down the plate buttons. Connect nose rod to the other leveling rods. Place 2 foot on the rear of the arm. Connect the rear rod the same way as the nose rod. Place remote mount on the nose- piece and tie it down. 

Step 7. Place 2 cable mounts on each side of the main arm. Place the large pyramid cable mount on the top center of the main arm. Place smaller cable mounts on each side of the third 6 foot arm and place the small pyramid in between them. 

Step 8. Run the top center cable down the arm with the pelican hook to the rear silver connector on the tail- piece. Connect other end to the top hook on the last 6 foot arm. Place 2 top cables on each side and run them down the arm. Each pelican hook connects to the connector hooks furthest back each side of the rear piece. Connect other end to the hooks on the sides of the last 6 foot arm. Connect the 2 bottom cables to the pelican hooks connecting to remaining connector hooks on each side of the rear piece. Connect other ends to side hooks on last 6 foot arm. Tighten top 3 cables by adjusting pelican hooks. 

Step 9. Place lead bucket onto the rear arm and screw in. Add leads until arm is balanced Tighten bottom cables by adjusting pelican hooks.
